finduri는 미주 한인 비즈니스 검색 플랫폼으로 다음 서비스를 제공합니다:

  • 비즈니스 정보 검색
  • 위치 기반 업소 추천
  • 사용자 리뷰 및 평점
  • 업소 등록 및 관리 서비스

3. User Accounts | 사용자 계정

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
  • 계정 정보의 기밀 유지는 귀하의 책임입니다.
  • 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대한 책임은 귀하에게 있습니다.
  • 계정 생성 시 정확하고 완전한 정보를 제공해야 합니다.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties | 보증 면책

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

서비스는 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 서비스가 중단 없이, 오류 없이, 또는 안전하게 제공될 것을 보장하지 않습니다.

9. Limitation of Liability | 책임 제한

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINDURI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

법이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, finduri는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 총 책임 한도는 $100 USD를 초과하지 않습니다.

10. Indemnification | 면책

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless finduri from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

귀하는 서비스 이용 또는 본 약관 위반으로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구, 손해 또는 비용으로부터 finduri를 면책하고 보호하는 데 동의합니다.

11. Termination | 서비스 종료

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

회사는 어떤 이유로든 사전 통지 없이 즉시 서비스 접근을 종료하거나 정지할 수 있습니다. 종료 시 서비스 이용 권한은 즉시 소멸됩니다.

12. Dispute Resolution | 분쟁 해결

Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.

모든 분쟁은 선의의 협상을 통해 해결됩니다. 합의에 이르지 못할 경우, 구속력 있는 중재를 통해 해결될 수 있습니다. 귀하는 집단 소송 참여 권리를 포기합니다.

13. Changes to Terms | 약관 변경

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
